We're very excited to welcome Nathan Marshall into the EdSmart team. Let's get to know him better.

If you're an EdSmart school, Nathan Marshall is the EdSmart team member who is likely to ping your radar because he's now directly responsible for ensuring you get the best out of your EdSmart experience as our new Customer Success Manager.

Nathan has the big shoes of Richard Le Bas to fill (and the incredible contributions he's made to EdSmart's community over recent years – we love you, Richard!) but he does come with an ace up his sleeve: he's already familiar with EdSmart having worked with the platform on a regular basis as Daily Organiser at Hillcrest Christian College in Victoria.

As part of Nathan's introduction to everyone, we put him to our five-question test, and this is what he had to say:

1. If you were to describe yourself in three words, what would they be?
Thoughtful, creative, organised.

2. What’s your favourite colour and your favourite book?
Colour is navy, and book is Cilka’s Journey by Heather Morris.

3. On the weekend, you like to…
Have a long run with my dog and explore the coastline to take vast landscape photographs.

4. What’s your motto in life?
Never assume anything. Asks questions, be curious and the results will follow.

 5. If you could speak to yourself as a school student, what advice would you give?
Enjoy the process rather than waiting to get to the destination (which inevitably changes regularly).
