We're very excited to welcome Lauren Pepe into the EdSmart team as Customer Success Agent/Trainer. Let's get to know her better.

Another smiling face has been added to the EdSmart Customer Success Team – Lauren Pepe (appropriately pronounced 'peppy' to reflect her personality!).

There are some EdSmart schools who may recognise Lauren from our integration partners, CompliSpace, where she's learnt a lot about technology and how to use it to meet the very specific requirements of schools.

Now, we're blessed to have her in-house at EdSmart, working from her home base of Adelaide in South Australia, with the major responsibility of caring for our schools under the Department for Education of South Australia (DESA). 

But we promise that other EdSmart schools with get a bit of Lauren love too 😍
