Kai Vedanayagam is an important addition to our community who, as our Customer Success Agent/Trainer, is working hard to provide support for our schools, and ensure all users feel empowered and confident when using the EdSmart platform.

We know that most of our schools have been putting processes in place for online learning, as well as training staff, students and – in some cases – parents. Kai and our team are here to support our schools and provide certainty in times of uncertainty.

If your school is an EdSmart user and you have any questions about how to better utilise the platform or would like to engage in further training, please don't hesitate to reach out to Kai.

Similarly, Kai is keen to hear your stories so we can share them with the wider EdSmart community – what are some of the challenges you've faced lately and how have you overcome them? How is EdSmart fitting into the picture?

Though many of our schools may have already met Kai over the last few weeks, we thought it would be nice to get to know him a little better, so we
asked him five simple questions. This is what he said...
